Life is an intricate tapestry of experiences, woven with threads of both ups, and dippers. In this piece, artists Benjamin Steer & Matthew Turk of the Schneed Collective surrendered themselves to the entropy of the universe - embracing whatever may happen to their canvases without prejudice. 

To create the intricate design of the pieces, pressure and torsion was applied to the canvases, teasing them into a bed of striated acrylic paint. With one canvas producing a beautiful revolved pattern, and one presenting few features of merit, they embody both the good and bad aspects of life - inviting you to acceptance.
