Serving as a visual ode to the ephemeral nature of memories, Chronicle defies its namesake and emphasizes the need to continue fashioning new ones. Soft and muted colours were sponged onto the canvas by artists Benjamin Steer & Matthew Turk of the Schneed Collective. The subtle colours are faded, like past experiences, while dark spots and streaks represent the murkiness of our memory.

The piece encapsulates the inevitability of time's effect on our reminiscences, encouraging observers to cherish each moment, and to constantly engage in the act of crafting new chapters in the ever-evolving chronicle of their lives.
